A district court judge on Tuesday placed a temporary restraining order on Burke County Board of Education member and local businessman Tim Buff.
Yeah, that same Tim Buff.
Buff's wife, Charlotte, sought the restraining order at the same time she filed for divorce.
That's D-I-V-O-R-C-E !
He has served on the school board since 2003 and is a past board chairman.
"It's a new day for Burke County Schools."

Probation
The SACS CASI response letter was received August 25, 2009. A copy can be downloaded by clicking here. The SACS CASI response will be an agenda item for the September 8, 2009 Board of Education meeting. Concerns and strategies for addressing the items outlined in the letter will be discussed at the meeting.
