I stand corrected, the audio minutes are now availavle but I have not had time to listen. I did, however, see the breaking news about the Draughn varsity football team, or rather, the lack thereof. I am wondering if the large football coaching staff will now be needed to coach a JV team?
All First year schools should start out playing jv.Draughn made a good choice announcing it now instead of waiting till right at the start of the season.

As for not recording the audio this technology could have been done before the new board was in and was maybe twice, but it would have been nice to have this online with some of the older meetings. And if Scott Smith does not know how to do this what does he get paid for? How about streaming it live Scott and still recording it are you that smart? I never stated I did not know where the meeting was, I only questioned why the meeting was in a location which made it difficult to produce audio. The board room is set up for audio recording and I would imagine the equipment had to be transported so that Buff, fradulent five leader, could meet at his elementary school. I just finished listening to the audio tape of the board meeting....UNBELIEVABLE...Tracy Norman makes comments about a parent that "got around board policy" and repeatedly makes statements about "if the board is not going to stick with policy...why even have policy" HELLO TRACY!!!!!!!!!!! Are you not the same person that decided you did not have to FOLLOW POLICY and to take the Kite Runner out of the classroom!!!! I believe your statements was something like "if we as a board DECIDE" - it did not matter that BOARD POLICY did not ALLOW the book to be removed UNTIL reviewed by the committee - THE BOOK WAS REMOVED AGAINST POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!Again UNBELIEVABLE....Once again Tracy has shown Burke County......its ALL about what TRACY THINKS!!!!!!! She is a disgrace to our community. Please listen to the audio tapes (the discussion about the varsity football team at Draughn)....She is a JOKE!!!
