The same question goes for replacing Steve Demiter. If I am not mistaken, he was replaced by Winston Bagley and a newly created Assistant Director position now held by Susan Jones.

Susan actually replaced Caroline Fisher who resigned. Apparently Licensure Specialist wasn't a big enough title so they added the Assistant Director title to it.
Speaking of increases, the Child Nutrition Department has decided they need to increase breakfast and lunch prices. With the cost of everything going up, that doesn't surprise me. But what I don't understand is why that department and the lunchroom staff in the schools will continue to receive the yearly bonus they have been getting for many years now.
This just gets crazier and crazier. Susan Jones is an INEFFECTIVE LEADER! She has been passed from school to school and one administrator who wound up with her asked DB what in the world she did to get Jones dumped on her.
As for the lunch prices - bologna! This dept gets preferential treatment at the parents expense. You can get a kids meal at C-Fila for $3.50. $2 for subsidized food and a small carton of milk is ridiculous. My son is underweight for his height and has to have double entrees at each meal!
Day care rates will increase next, you just wait and see.

He is too dumb to realize they throw crumbs at him to see how he will run back and spin the gossip.They know who he is and what he is doing.They laugh at the guy all of the time! There is some people who turn around there at Tim's store to see who has a car there. These people must live shallow lives to go around worried about what these people are doing.

The "best" part about Abele's is that you have to walk through a smoke hole to get to the non-smoking section. The buffet is in the smoke hole. So your food from the hot bar tastes like carcenogens and particulate matter.
Of course Rob and his pals don't mind the smell or the stale taste. They're just glad to be breathing that good Republican air.
Dr.Jim Richardson is an one educated,intelligent man. Doctorate degree is from Duke. He knows how to relate to students,works well with community,does not kiss morganton's ass. He is more educated than David. I guess the SWAT group is scared of someone with that caliber. There is probably a lot of well educated people who have applied for the position who is better suited for the Superintendent's job than David.
Who would these people be? Enlighten us... who would be brave enough to step up and into this pile of crap? Who will be willing to come here and face this mess, face the parents, taxpayers, teachers and administration? I am sure that educated, honest and upstanding people are queing up to be interviewed. I agree totally, but no one seems to care about any of that. The Kincaid position alone was an increase of $47,000 in salary.

Ms. Taylor said the salary of the ADVERTISED position of Licensure Specialist was $47K. Jones makes $64K. So there'a another increase of $17K.
