Tracy Norman Hit List

There have been reliable reports that Ms. Tracy Norman, the chairperson of the Burke County School Board, has made substantial effort to acquire the names of those teachers who took a half day off on Monday to support Mr. Burleson.

i am not a fan of five of the present 7 school board members.

but, this always confused me.

Mr. Burleson said the Sheriff's Department investigated the thefts at East Burke. Sheriff McDevitt said they didn't.

It can't be both ways.

This one isn't so hard. Law enforcement investigation differs from lay investigation.

Sheriff's Dept didn't do a formal investigation because no laws were broken, thus nothing to investigate.

The matter was referred to them, thus the Burleson comment about investigation.

They did enough to decide no further action was necessary.

I saw a list going around town and there were only 5 names on it.

Where did Tracy get the lsit? Is that source willing to go to attorneys with that information?

Only if they want to lose their job.

This all came about because of the Billy Andersonfiasco. He should never have been hired in Burke County!!!!! I'm sure the Andersons are loving this, especially Mrs. Andy Anderson!!

Tracy has too much time on her hands. If teachers have time saved up that is their time to spend at will: then who is Tracy to say how it should be spent. Seriously what is she going to do? fire them. Please, that would be against their constitutional right and also their freedom. Unless Tracy is going to USE her leagal attorney just like she used him on Burleson. Then hey maybe more lawsuits. I guess when Burke County gets tired of Tracy putting people in the positon of wrongfull termination lawsuit actions then Tracy will be seen as she really is. We have one of two options people take it or do something. Vote her out or if you have the ability to sue, SUE. Make her bosses evaluate her: make her be looked into. I'm sure no one will like what they see. From Tracy's actions I don't think she likes what she sees either. You can only change when you learn from your past but Tracy is using her past on us. She is not learning a single thing. I am learning From Tracy how not to be a parent, how not to be a friend, how not to be a wife, and how not to be a employee. Wow, I haved learned a lot of how not to be's from Tracy.I can't believe any one can be this scared of a woman like this but I guess if that person has no morals or limits of what she would do to people i would be a little nervous myself. I want to see Tracy's position boundaries. Want is she allowed to do in her position and not allowed to do. I think all of this information needs to be looked into. Is she over stepping her boundaires or are we so scared we're letting her get by with it?

Unfortunately, Tracy nor any other of the five have bosses, so there's no one to look into them. Even the people in charge in Raleigh said it was a local matter. So they have absolute power, and it has corrupted absolutely. Teachers contracts come up for renewal every year, so like Burleson, they could non-renew their contract regardless of what might be called "tenure" and make up some bogus reason and list it in their personell folder. Nobody's job is safe. That's why teachers and other staff aren't voicing their opinions as strongly as other citizens. And the Fraud 5 gloat over this as well. They think they are untouchable, and I hope they are proven wrong.
