The election results are in and burke county has made a huge mistake. Taking new seats on the school board are Karen BRITTAIN-sain, Rob Hairfield, and David Barnard. Tim Buff is back to his old seat, so expect the same old tricks.
We are looking forward to seeing these screw ups try to run a school system.
First question, who is going to be the chair. I am putting my money on the grocery store manager. What do you think?

We've had almost two weeks to absorb the vote. I continue to be amazed at the stupidity of some who cannot see the Tim and Tracy show for what it is.
When she moved out of her house on Mt. Olive Church Road in May 2006 (and was subsequently out-of-district), she did not bother to change her address on her license. She let her tag and registration lapse. And she was also cited for not making her youngest kid wear a seatbelt. Her new court date is December 11. Will Store Owner Tim bail her out of these violations? Remember she has a Defense Fund.
If you look further at the court calendar, Tracy's #2 son Blake has a January 18, 2008 court date. The charge listed on the website (www1.aoc.state.nc.us) is "possession of marijuana of less than 1/2 ounce". Will she use her Defense Fund to keep this one out of jail?
Why am I making this comment under "Black Wednesday"? Because the new so-called Christian board members and their Daddy Rabbit have obviously hitched their wagon to a falling star.
